Dr. Novia Reid is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles football team. Her interest in football developed from her peers’ passion and excitement. In 2017, she attended her first live Eagles game in Philadelphia, PA (the Eagles won). Her niche for helping others and her keen passion for football sparked a desire to consult for sports organizations to promote mental health and healthy relationships among professional athletes and teams.

Mental health wellness has garnered increased attention during the past several years, and organizations support the welfare and relationships of their most valuable assets─ their players.

Thus, Dr. Reid provides consultation to sports organizations through group workshops for players and sessions with team administrators concentrated on supporting players’ mental health and a healthy relationship among staff.
