Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate product and size when ordering.  


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@noviareid.com. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us your item is incorrect. Notifications received beyond the 7 days will be honored solely based on our discretion. Please email us a picture of the incorrect item with your order number to receive the correct item.


Damaged Items

Novia Reid, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Novia Reid, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Shipping

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the carrier. Shipping may take 5-7 days via USPS/UPS once your merchandise is paid, excluding processing time. Please note that shipping times are longer for international orders. International orders: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and shipping address requirements for your country are met. Novia Reid, LLC is not responsible for packages with an incorrect or incomplete address. If you have not received your package following the anticipated timeframe, please contact your local post office for assistance.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. If you have any questions with your order, please contact us at info@noviareid.com and include your order number.
